A: We provide a 6–12 month quality guarantee period for different parts (axles: 12 months, brake parts: 8 months, electrical parts: 6 months). During the guarantee period, we provide free replacement for unqualified parts caused by manufacturing defects.
Q4: What is the delivery time for trailer parts?
A: For regular standard parts, the delivery time is 3–7 working days; for customized parts and bulk orders, the delivery time is 10–20 working days, which can be adjusted according to order quantity.
