Product Details
We produce retractable flatbed trailers for transporting long rails, pipes, 40ft containers, 20ft containers, or other bulk goods, the flatbed trailers extend the length of the trailer from 12.5m to 25m, and the trailer can carry 40ft after closing container or 20ft container.
Features of 20 ft Flatbed Trailer
1. Steel structure: The steel frame is made of first-class hot-rolled or rolled steel plates, the longitudinal beams are automatically welded, and advanced sanding and painting processes are used as preliminary treatment.
2. Different types of suspensions are designed for various working conditions: bogie suspension; air suspension; mechanical suspension.
3. The lamp assembly adopts an advanced LED lamp, high-quality PC, and cast wire harness with a double circuit design.
4. Optional automatic tire inflation and pressure sensor system to improve safety and fuel economy.
5. State-of-the-art testing equipment: analyze the metal composition, hardness, and phase to ensure the standard of processed materials; check and modify weld defects, paint thickness, and adhesion to ensure the quality of finished products.
