42KL oil tanker trailer is a tanker with a trailing head connected to the trailing section. Compared with the conventional single tanker trailer, oil tanker transport can effectively improve transportation efficiency. 42KL oil tanker trailer production process
1. Design drawings: Before production, we will send the design drawings to our customers to confirm the details of the vehicle. We hope to provide customers with the most suitable products.
2. Cutting and welding: I-beam cutting adopts a computer numerical control plasma cutting machine. I-beam welding adopts a gantry main threshold welding machine.
3. Beam welding: I-shaped beams are used for both the main beam and the side beams, which can ensure the trailer is more durable. A reinforced rear panel prevents the rear panel from snapping off when heavy machines climb trailer ramps.
4. Surface treatment: In order to remove the rust from the trailer body, we use sandblasting to back the surface of the trailer. The trailer can have a beautiful appearance, the paint will be applied evenly, the adhesion will be firm, and the gloss will be more durable.
5. Paint: One layer of anti-rust paint, two layers of paint.
